A curious state of affairs exists here in connection with the Morning Post, one of Mr Ivess's latest planted papers. : Having had a difference with his manager, Mr Sfcowell, he refused to receive any copy that was authorised by him. In retaliationMrStowellputamanin possession, with the result that there was no iseue this morning. Last night Mr I vese issued an extra to the effect that no accounts were to be paid to anyone but himself. Legal proceedings are now threatened.
