The Canterbury Amateur Athletic Club was fa loured with fine weather this afternoon for the concluding day of its Spring Meeting. Lanoaster Park was looking at its best, and the attendance was good. The following are the results up to the time of going to preßs : — Two-mile Walk Handicap (standard 15min 20seo) — W. Toshach scr was the only starter and walked over the coarse. Time — I7min Ofsec.

High Jump Handicap (standard, sft 4in) — D. W. Westenra sin, sft If in, 1 ; John Moir 4in, sft £in, 2; H. H. Piercy 4Jin, 4ft lliin, 3. A. F. Boys aor, W. J. Moir 2in, and H. Garsia sin also competed. Boys cleared sft 2£in.

75yds Flat Handicap (standard Bseo)— First heat: J. L. Smith 7yda, 1; Tj L. Cowlishaw 6iyds, 2. H. G. L. Gray Syda, and C. C. Cox 7iyds, also started. Won by a yard. Time— Bsac. Second heat : H. A. Inwood Byds, 1; J. Perkins 6£yds, 2; H. H. Piercy 2yds also started. Won by half a yard. Time— Bsec. Third heat: A. J. Patrick 3yds, 1 ; B. Newell Byde, 2. F. S. Harley scratch and P. flTynnWilliams syds also started. Won by one and a half yards. Time— Bseo. Fourth heat : W. Balch scr, 1 ; H. M'Clelland Byds, 2. C. E. Johnston. 3yds aad C. E. Klingenetein 7£ydn also started. Won by two yards. Time— Baec. Fifth heat : James Moir, 1 ; C. J. Newell 3yds, 2. Won by a yard and a half. Time— B£sec.

Quarter -mile Hurdle Handioap, ten flights 3ffc 6in high; standard 64sec — H. Garsia 85yds, 1; C. E. Cholmondeley 23yds, 2; Jobn Moir lfryds, 3. W. J. Moir Her, F. I. Cowlißhaw acr, W. Beadel sydo, H. Wilkinson 18yds, C. W. S. Cox 28yds, H. G. L. Gray 30yds, and T. F. Gibson 30yda also started. John Moir was penalised two yards. Garsia led throughout and won by three yards. Wilkinson fell at the last hurdle, when running second, and Cholmondeley beat Moir by four yards. Gray wsa fourth, a foot behind Moir. Time— 60§sec. One Mile Flat Handicap; standard 4min 35sec— Boucher 40yds 1, Oharlea E. Smith 65yds 2, A. F. Boys 15yds 3. E. S. Leveraedge ser./ J. W. Jones 20yds, P. Mason 20ydu, T. A, Hanna 23ydB, A. J. Murray 30yds, J. S. Murphy 35yds, T. H. Harker 60yda, D. M. Middleton 70yds and W. K. Strouta 85yds, also started. Strouts cut out the running for half a mile, followed by Smith and Bouosher, the others some distance away. When the bell rang Strouts was still in front, with Smith, Boucher, Boys, Leveraedge and Hanna following in the order named. Half - way down the back stretoh Smith passed Strouts, and entering the straight Boucher came with a rush and -won by three ysrdo, Smith a similar distance in front of Boya, Leversedge fourth, Mason fifth and Hanna sixth. Time — 4min 47-|sec.
