[Pbr Press Association. J DUNEDIN, Sept. 17. In the Bankruptcy Court, Henry Benjamin applied f.r a discharge. It transpired tbat he had offered £200 plus dividend, to the Eev — Harrington, who opposed hia discharge three years ago. As the matter had not been reported to the Official Assignee, hia Honor ordered it to stand over till Friday, and then ib should be mentioned in Chambers.
