Timaru Farmers' Go-opera-tive Association.
[Peb Fbesb Association.! TIMAEU, Sept. 15. The shareholders of the reconstructedFarmers' Co-operative Association meet today. The directors submit a balance-sheet for ton months, showing a credit balance on the profit and loss account for the period amounting to £1050, and state that considering the bad season and the depression of trade the result is less unsatisfactory than might have been looked for. They propose a 6 per cent dividend on the capital paid up £15,900 in the new company, and to bring the balanoe forward.
