J Mr M'Gowan, Land Tax Commissioner, will viait Sydney, in response to an invitation from the New South Wales Government, to explain the details of the Land and Income Tax Department. He was to have left by the Manapouri, but owing to pressure of parliamentary business he cannot get away till the end of the month.
