There was no defence,, and his Honor directed the Jury that everything had been done which was necessary, and it . only devolved upon them to find a verdict for the plaintiff for the amount of the claim. A. verdict was returned accordingly. Mr -Kippenberger mentioned this case, asking for a date to, be fixed. The case had been adjourned a>b last sessions sine die, and Mr Beawick, for Mr "Wycn-Williams, was agreeable for avdate to be fixed. Sub eequently the case was allowed to atand over, counsel arranging to fix a day for the hearing of the case,, subject to his Honor'a apprpajaj, . Friday next was subsequently fixed as the day. for the hearing. (Before tbe Judge alone.) CAMPBEUE T, BBT7NSDBN. . Mr stringer appeared for Messrs Campbell and Paecoe, . the trustees of the Sydenfcam and Suburban Co-operative Money Club, in an action praying for a decree ordering tha-eale of certain property. There- was no appearance of the defendant. The plaintiff's case was proved by Thomas Eerahaw, the Treasurer of the Clab, who stated. that the money alleged to be owing on the mortgage was not paid, and the defendant had left the Colony. The incorporation of tlte Club was proved. His Honor granted the decree. WAIMBA GOLDtIONING COMPANY V. NATIONAL SANK, la this case, on the application of Mr Stringer, the bearing was allowed to stand over.
