After- a- consultation, bis Honor fixed Monday naxfc, April 17, for the hearing of this case* AYNBLEY V. ATNaLKT. Mrr Fisher for plaintiff; Mr Harper for respondent. In this, case Mr Fisher obtained leave to postpone the further application for decree nisi till after the sitting of the Court of Appeal. Mr Harper consented, and the case was postponed accordingly.

The plaintiff claims .3500 . damages for injuries received while working in the mines, it ia alleged, through a defective chain.
