[FBOM A CORRESPONDENT:] '. TIMAEU, Mabch 1. The Grand Lodge of the United Ancient Order of Druids met at Timam this evening. There was a full attendance of representatives, and the following alterations and amendments of laws were adopted : — Board of Management, Rule 2, in the seventeenth line, to strike out the words "elected annually," and in lien insert "to be elected at the annual meeting." In the nineteenth line, to strike out the words "each Lodge shill be nominated for," and insert "any Lodge shall be elected to." In the twentieth to etrike out the words "at. ' each annual election." Rale 3— ln the second and third lines to strike out the and figures "at 7.30 p.m. at . su oh .place as the Board of Management may appoint," and insert "at such time and place as the District Grand Lodge in session assembled may from time to , time deoide . upon." . Rule 19 — to etrike out the first paragraph and substitute the following :— " All District Presidents shall be nominated and elected by the Lodgeß in their respective districts. The candidate poll- • ing the greatest total number of votes in his district shall be elected, subject always to the approval of the Board of . Management. None but Past Arches of twoive months' standing, and who have taken the Paßt Arch degree, shall be eligible for the office of District President." Rule 90— to add the following words : — " Clearances may be granted to honorary members ; any Lodge excepting . the odo grunting tho clearances shall be at liberty to accept or reject the same."
