BRADY V, BEADY. j This was an application by the wife for a decree nisi upon the groundß of misconduct and cruelty. Mr Stringer appeared for the petitioner, who deposed that Bhe had married the respondent in 18.88. He had been in the habit of getting drunk, beating her and otherwise misconducting himself. She had been obliged to leave him on account of ill-treatment. / Several witnesses gave corroborative evidence.
