[Special to Press Association.] | Keceived Jan. 18, at 10.55 a.m/1 LONDON, Jan."l 7. Princess Mary is recovering from her prostration and the effects of her grief caused by the Prince's death. It is now stated to be untrue that the Dublin Council refused to lower the flag at the Mansion House. The Courta of India have adjourned in consequence of the Duke's death. Members of the ' Royal Family of Denmark and the Duke of Hesse will attend the funeral, but the King of the Belgians will be unable to be present on account of ill-health. The Times states that the expressions of grief from all parts of the Empire are a proof that the bonds of allegiance are in no way weakened.
