Messrs Wilding, Cuff and Croxton, of Christchurch, representing the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association, interviewed a full meeting of the Executive of &8 Dunedin Amat«ur Athletic Cluh la3t srenin^, Dr Jeffcoafc being the only member of thu Executive absent, with reference to sending a team Home to compete in the English "championships. It was understood that the local Club would be agreeable to reconsider the whole matter after the coming championship meeting. The opinion at the conference was that everything would depend upon the performances of the men at this champion meeting, which takes place in Christchurch next month.
