♦ [Per Press Association.] TIMARU, Mat 29. At the B.M. Court, James Bobertson Scott, commission agent, Dunedin, was fined iJlo for neglecting to comply with a notice to destroy rabbits on run 93a in the Mackenzie Country. Defendant took the run in March and paid £190, six months' rent, and now says he must abandon it. The defendant waa not present. The prosecuting counsel said that if he had been, he would have proved out of his own 1 mouth that he was only a dummy.
