[Per Prksß Association.] WELLINGTON, Mat 29. At a meeting of the- Port Nicholson Yacht Club, the rules of the proposed Yacht Bacing Association were considered. Eule 8 was made to read—" That the subscription payable for each delegate be one guinea," instead of half a guinea. Eule 10 was made to read — " That no port be named for holding a champion race which cannot raise £100." An addition to Eule 14 was made — " That all competitors should belong to a recognised Club."
