A Casting Vote. [Special to Press Association.] SYDNEY, Mat 29. The no-confidence debate is etill proceeding, bnt it is likely to come to an end to-night. The Want of Confidence debate was somewhat dramatically brought to a close at midnight. On a divisicn being taken, the ayes were 63, and the noe3 63 ; and the Speaker, giving his casting vote in favour of the Government, declared Mr Dibbs' vote of censure lost. The House then adjourned until Tuesday.
