[Special to Press Association.] LONDON, Dbc. 15. The Marqaia of Hartington will introduce a deputation, consisting of the Agents-General for the various Colonies, to Lord Salisbury early in January. The deputation will ask Lord Salisbury to urge upon the Government the desirableness of granting a subsidy for the carriage of mails between Vancouver Island and Australia.
