[Per Pbess Association.] WESTPOET, Nov. 1. The New Zealand Co-operative Coalmining Association, a party of Denniston miners said to have some outside connection, have made a proposal to purchase the new Cardiff Company's property at Mokihinui, or to work it on a profit sharing system. The offer will be considered by the Company.
