The June sittings of the Supreme Court opened to-day, before Mr Justice Williamß. There are only two criminal cases on the calendar, which is the, lightest known for years. One case is against a man for assaulting his father-in-law, and the other is a charge of larceny against two settlers who, it is alleged, removed oats on which there was a lien. The Grand Jury were not discharged owing to the Judge wishing them to deal with Samuel, Edward and Joseph Jephson, who were yesterday committed for trial at Queehstown for the larceny of dynamite from a mine.
