The following is the statement of liabilities in this estate : — Secured creditors, James Millton, Christchurch, .£3OO, and interest .£l4, secured by first mortgage over Section 200 in Akaroa; T. Mirtindale, Akaroa, .£94 10s, secured by second mortgage over the same property j total, .£4OB 10s. The estimated value of this security was stated at .£6OO, which left a surplus^ over securities of .£l9l 10s. The unsecured creditors were S. Nashelski, .£47 9s 9s; P. Hayman and Co., .£36; W. Gregg and Co., .£18 ; J. Plaisted and .£l2 0s 9d; John Curry, Akaroa, £116; other small debts, principally in Christchurchy and Akaroa, .£lO7 4s Bd. Total, .£336 15s. Other assets were stated to be worth .£64 19s tid, which, with the estimated surplus of £}Ql over the secured creditors, gave the total assets as .£256 £s 6d, and left a deficiency of .£SO 5s Oil. There not being a quorum of creditors present, the meeting adjourned till 3 p.m. to-morrow.
