LYTTELTON.
At noon to-day Messrs J. B..Milsom and H. M'Lellan were nominated for the position of Mayor of the Borough. Mr Milsom was nominated by Councillors Hildyard and Brice, and Mr M'Lellan by Messrs Michael Hawkins and Charles Kay. The election-takes place on Nov. 27. [Special to the "Stab."]
