The Governor.
[Pan Pbess Association.] DUNEDIN, Nov. 15. Lord Onslow arrived from the North this evening. He waß met by the Mayor and City Councillors, and a large crowd of the public. The Mayor addresßed a few words of welcome to the Governor. The Volunteers turned out in force. Lady Onslow arrived about an hour earlier. The Vice-regal party have taken up their residence in the building secured and specially fitted up for the purpoae.
