[Pkr Press Aseocivrro^.] AUCKLAND. Hay 22. A meeting of the creditors of T. L. White, a bankrupt, was held to-day, when the debtor wrote intimating that as ho had found it impossible to make out a statement o£ his re( eipta aud expenditure, the data at his disposal being onlv fragmentary, he could not attend. Tois being the second meeting at which White was absent, a resolution was passed instructing the Official Assignee to proceed against Mm for contempt of Court.
