♦ ■ In Banco. THIS DAY. (Before Hi& Honor Mr Justice Ward). bobottgh: of gbbtmouth v. coatbs. Mr Fisher (for Mr A. R. Guinness), for defendant, applied to setasidean order for an injunction, and also the injunction itself, made by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Hokitika in this case. The first objection which he would take was, he said, that the Registrar had no power to make the injunction. He believed that his learned friend Mr Harper, who had been instructed on the other ride, was not prepared to contend that the Registrar had the power. Mr Harper raid that he certainly was not prepared to submit that, under the regulations, the Registrar had power to issue an injunction. His Honor made an order for the injunction to be set aside, with costs sixteen guineas. The Court then rose.
