— » — ANNUAL MEETING. [Put Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Mat 17. The tenth annual meeting of the Colonial Insurance Company was held last night. The report states that the Company had conducted its business on the moßt conservative principles, and had never been on so sound a basis as at present. The time had arrived to extend the business, and the General Manager would shortly visit the chief Australian ports. The shareholders might be congratulated upon the improved prospects of the Company. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, and votes of thanks were awarded to the Directors and the staS.
