Sir Gcorgo Chetwynd, -who was accused by the Earl of Durham of cruelty in training racehorses, has issued a writ against the latter for libel. SYDNEY, Jak. 20. A Judgeship Pilled. The Hon W. J. Foster, member for Newtown, and Attorney-General in Eeveral previous administrations, has accepted the Supreme Court Judgeship recently rendered vacant by the retirement of Mr Justice Fawcett.
