An Abandoned Prosecution.

LONDON, Nov. 19. The authorities have withdrawn the charge prefened against Mr William Saunders, ex member of Parliament for Hull, for addressing a meeting in Trafalgar square, and the accused was accordingly discharged. The prosecution was abandoned on account of the order issued by Colonel Warren forbidding the meeting being merely a formal notice, and not a legal proclamation.
