[Reuteb's Telegeams.] fßeceivea Nor. 19, at 11 a.m.'] LONDON, Nov. 17. Consols have advanced I, and are flow worth .£lO3 ss. New Zealand 4 per cent inscribed stock is quoted at £97. The niarkei rate of discount is 3 per cent, and the Bank rate is 4 per cent. Tallow and breadstuffa maintain last quotations. The weekly returns of the Bank of England published to-day show the total reserve in notes and bullion to be. £12,400,000, an increase of £100,000 during the •neck. The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 45 per cent, as compared with 47 per cent last week. SYDNEY, Nov. 18. New Zealand wheat has receded in value and is now quoted at 3s to 3s 3d per bushel. New Zealand oats have also declined Id, and are now Is 9d to 2s 2d per bushel. Maize ia about the same as last week, 3s 6d to 33 lid perSGlb. Potatoes continue in full supply, and only command 18s to 203 per ton. ADELAIDE, Nov. 18. Wheat is steady at 33 (3d, a slight improvement on the quotations of last week.
