The Registrar of the Supreme Court today received a petition from Mr Wi Pere, challenging the seat bf Mr James Carroll, who was returned as member for the Eastern Maori electorate. The alleged f rounds are bribery, and the necessary eposit of £200 had been made with the Supreme Court.
