11ELBOUBNH, AUGUST 25. Thomas Dakin, a contractor, having a yard alongside the Supreme Court, has been summoned by the Chief Justice for contempt of Court, in refusing to stop his workmen making a noise by hammering, to the annoyance of the Court.
