This Day. (Before J. Ollivier, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness. — A firafc offender was fined 53, or ordered to be kept in prison for twenty-four hours, for this offence.

Failing to Provide.— E. Seymour did not appear to answer a charge of failing to provide for his child in the Industrial School. The case was remanded until Friday nest, to give him a chance to arrange for tho payment of the arrears, failing which a. warrant would bo issued for his arrc3t.
