FALSE DECLAEATION OF MARRIAGE.
AUCKLAND, July 23. The case against Quinn and Mannie for making a false declaration of marriage was heard to-day at the Police Court. The prisoners were committed for trial. Johnston, who was arrested yesterday on a charge of witnessing the marriage, was remanded.
