A GEEAT FUNERAL.
FIXE. WELLINGTON, Jult 24. The victims of the boat accident at Petone were buried at the Hutt yesterday, the funeral being one of the largest here. The cortege is estimated at 800. The Wellington Building and Investment Society- declare a dividend of 8 per cent per annum. A fourteen-roomed house, belonging to William Commons, was burned down last night. It was insured for .£500 ; the loss is J2250 beyond that amount.
