The above meeting was held to-day in the very reverse of Queen's weather. The couraeisinavery holding state, and the times in the various races are necessarily not so fast as they would otherwise have bew, while the attendance throughout the dny was limited to a few enthusiasts and those who make a business of the sport. HANDICAP TIME PONY TROT (in harness), of 10 sovs, Height, 14 hands or under. Two miles. 5 ! Mr Rattray's br g Bloxwich, aged, 20sec

M'Naught's Yankee Tom, 20seo (Seatou) 0 Minnie led for tho firsfc two rounds, with Bloxwitch coming very fast. Bloxwitch and several others broke, but Mr Rattray's pony kept going to the end, and won a good race by ten yards, Minnie a poor third. Time— 7min 20sec. Dividend, £6 6s.
