DUNEDIN, Dec. 18,

Should a change of venue be applied for in Hall's case, it is understood that the Attorney-General will offer no opposition. The Hon J. Ballance arrives in Dunedin tonight. The Prpmier will remain in Donedin till the middle of January, and he may address his constituents just before returning to Wellington.
