» [Ebutbe's Teleobams.] RANGOON, Maech 8. Intelligence Las been received by General Prendergast, at Mandalay, that a force of some nine thousand rebels have surrounded the British position at Temethin garrison, which place only numbers three hundred men. General Prendergast, on receipt of the news, called up his reinforcement, and is now advancing to the relief of the beleaguered British troops.
