[BsUTBB's TbTiECHIAIVTB.I ADELAIDE, Feb. 25. A ■ .meeting of shareholders in the Commercial Bank of South Australia ■was held to-day to consider the position of the Bank. The Chairman reported that irregularities had occurred on the part of the manager and: the accountant, dummy advances having been sanctioned by them to the extent of £170,000. SYDNEY. Feb. 25. In the Legislative Assembly to-day Sir Patrick Jennings stated that a hitch had occurred in the formation of the Ministry, owing to differences of opinion as to "who should hold the portfolio of Attorney-General. Sir Patrick Jennings informed the House, however, that he would, continue the task of forming, a Ministry without aid from the Eobertson. party. The House then adjourned until Thursday.
