[Reuter'b Telegrams.} [Received April 28, at 8.40 a.m.] CAIRO, April 27. In view of a rupture between France and Egypt in connection with the suppression of the Bosphore Egy2>iien, the French Minister and Consular officials left this City to-day, ostensibly for the purpose of returning to Franco ; but for the present they remain at Alexandria, pending a conclusion of the parleying which is now proceeding. In political circles it is believed that a compromise will b« effected, and diplomatic relations resumed.

MELBOURNE, Apeil 27. The English mails of March 27 arrived this morning per Peninsulai' and Oriental E.M.S. Thames.
