The New Zealand Football Team.
«. . [Reuteb's Telegrams.] SYDNEY, June 7. The New Zealand Football Team played the fifth match of their tour to-day, when they met, for the second time, a representative fifteen of New South Wales on the local ground. The weather was all that could be desired, but the attendance was only moderate, not more than a thousand persons being present. The turf was hard and in good condition. The visitors had rather an easy victory over their opponents, who were completely overmatched, and only succeeded in obtaining one try, while the New Zealanders scored three goals and three tries. All the goals were kicked by Ryan, and the touchdowns were secured by Robertson, Helmore, Taiaroa, and Ryan. The passing and dribMing of the visitors generally were excellent, and some splendid i runs were made by most of the team, but particularly by Ryan and Warbrick.
