Mr Stringer appeared for defendant, and elioited that plaintiff was uncertain as to the dates when some of the goods were supplied and had notgi'en credit for £1 paid. Judgment for £9 6a 9d and oosts— Kerr v. Field, claim £3 11b 3d for timber supplied for a dog housa. Mr Corr for plaintiff. Defendant disputed the price of the timber as excessive. His Worship gave judgment for £3 and coßts, remarking that there bad been a little looseness in the transaction on both sides. — Voyoe v. Ayton, olaim £2 14b 2d, for coal supplied. Judgment for plaintiff.
