Johnston re the Railway Commission, have been handed to ua for publication : — To Hon W. Johnston. Nov. 27, 1882. Membors of deputation that waited on Railway Commissionerß confirm my view of answer given by those gentlemen. Respectfully submit that in so important a matter as that under discussion, Government should let Commissioners clearly understand their view of powors of Commission and wishes of Government, and not leave the question in any way open to doubt or discussion.
