This Day. (Before 1. Ollivier, Esq., 8.M.) LißOßNT.— Eilen Kvans was charged with the larceny of several articles of wearing apparel and other goods, the property of Mrs MizaCain, Talus £4 10s. Mri Cain stated that accused lived next door to her. Ou Monday last witness left her homo to go to Christchurch, and, on her return, she missed a number of things from the house. Witness went with Oonstablo Bl'Lellan to accused's house, and found the missicg things there. Ellen Fitziimmons stated that Bho caw accused go into progeoutor's houio on Monday last. Mrs O'C'onnell, who searched tho prisoner, deposed to finding iomo of the articles (produced in Court) on the accused, which prosecutor identified as hers. Accusod said tome of the things were given to her, and fche rest belonged to har. The Benohjsentenced accused to three months' hard labour. Fusions Biding— J. Muroy was summonod for furiously riding a horse on Norwich quay on Nov. 2. Fined 10a, and costs 2s. CITIL Gabss.— H. N. Nalder v. H. Jones, claim £7 15s } judgment by default. — Base/ t. O'Coanell, claim £2, balance of costs I judgment summons. Ordered to pay forthwith, or in default soveu day»* imprisonment.
