Acceptances must be made to the Secretary by 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 29. A fracas took placo between Harry Prince, tho well-known bookmaker, and Wiekham, editor of the Free Lance, over an article in tho Free Lance advising the public to steer clear of tho Southern rooks, and lay their money wi h the local sports. It is understood that Wiekham will lay an action against Prince for threatening language.
