GERMAN CHURCH.
At the German Church, a special service was held at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, the choir being augmented for the occasion. At half-past three o'clock a special Scandinavian service was held, and in the evening there was a service for children. The usual Christmas decorations had not been forgotten, and an imposing Christmas tree, well laden with toys, &c, and brilliantly lighted, had been provided for the little ones. The services were well attended.
