[Br Tblbgbaph.] . [SPECIAL.] WELLINGTON, Dec. 24. The following are tho vital statistics for the month of November :—
The total births in the above Boroughs amounted to 474, against 566 in .October, being a decrease of 92 on the number in October. Of tho above deaths, males constituted 63, females 51. 59 of the deaths were of children under five yeara of age, being 47.58 per cent of tho whole number. 42 of these were children under one year of ftfTfi.
