At this mooting the Hospital staff, through their Chairman, presented a lengthy report upon the subject of a Houso Surgaon, and the condition of the Hospital generally. . Sept. 16, 1878. '.. At this meeting tho Chairman of tho Hospital staff wrote recommending that a limited number of students be admitted to the dis« pensary under certain regulations. Many other instances of harmonious cooperation might be given.
