WAIMATE LIBERAL REFORM ASSOCIATION.
♦■" A meeting, convened by the Liberal Committee, was held at the Temperance Hall, Waimate, on Monday night l'ast. The meeting was called for the purpose of promoting the return of Dr Deane as representative for the County of Gladstone, and also to form a Liberal Reform Association at Waimate. Mr Robert Martin was voted to the chair, and Mr A. A. Adams acted as Secretary. It was resolved that an Association be formed, called the Waimate Liberal Keform Association, and some twenty persons of those present were at once enrolled.
