The resignation of the, Hon W. Gisborne aa Minister of Lands, is gazetted. The Hon J. W. Thomson has been appointed in his stead. A despatch from the Sydney and Melbourne Exhibition Commissioners appears in the Gazette. Sergeant M'Millan, Ohrißtohuroh, has been appointed Gaoler at Mount Cook, Wellington. The servioes of the Feilding Rifles and Wellington Guards have been accepted. Mr 0. N. M'Murdo, chief agent in the Government Insurance Department, has been dismissed from tbe serrice.
