[Retjtee's Telegkams.] THE WAR IN ZULULAND. LONDON. June 12. f Further Oape news states that Sir Bartle Frere has granted a temporary constitution to the Transvaal Boers, who are satisfied with the concessions made. No important movement of British troops had yet taken place, owing to the difficulty of transport. A successful raid had been made into Zululand, and a quantity of cattle ; brought in. Cetawayo's army is reported to be mustering in large numbers.
