Magisterial.— At the Christchurch Magistrate's Court this morning, William Kennedy, ■'bu -remand for deserting from the 18th JvCgiment, was brought up before C. C. Ho wen, Esq., R.M., aud no reply having yet pc-on received from head-quarters, was further remanded until Monday week.
