CHUISTCHURCH. This Dat. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M.) Lunact. — Jame3 O'Donoghue, on remand, was again brought up, and the Beach being satisfied that he was fully recovered from the delirium tremens under which he h*d been suffering, dismissed him with a suitable caution. Wilfdi/ Destruction of Private Propertt. — Lydia Lloyd, who fuiled to appear yesterday in answer to a summons for this offence, was brought up to-day in the custody of the police. The ease against her was that, whilst a tenant of Mrs Mulligan, she had torn down and burnt a portion of the interior woodwork. She did not deny the offence, and the case whs dismissed, ou the understanding that the would repair the damage.
