o> THIS DAY. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor took his seat in the Court Chambers at eleven o'clock this morning. BE GOODS OF JOHN SHEARING WILLIS, DECEASED. Mr Nalder applied for an order of administration to the widow. His Honor said he would make the order upon a supplementary affidavit being sworn. In Bankruptcy, re Btkjphen 8. poyntz. The bankrupt, in person, moved for an order fixing the date of last examination and discharge. His Honor made the order, fixing Thursday, the Ist July, for the last examination. RE JOHN MOORE. On the bankrupt's application, a eimilar order was made. BE RICHARD WOODFORD. Mr Garrick, on behalf of Mr Joynt, applied for a similar order, which was made. RE FREDERICK DE LANNOY LUCKIE. Mr Garrick moved for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing the meeting of creditors for Monday, the 7th June, at eleven o'clock. RE JONATHAN EARNBHAW. Mr Bamford applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order as prayed, fixing the meeting of creditors for Monday, the 7ih June, at two o'clock. In Banco, main t. eobinßon. This case was set down for argument on demurrer.

Mr Garrick said he wished to make an addition to the grounds of demurrer, and by consent of Mr Nottidge and the concurrence of the Court, the matter was ordered to stand over until after the sittings of the Circuit Court.
